The route takes you through the impressive Tschinglen Gorge up to Tschinglenalp and on to the Firstboden viewpoint. As you gaze out at Martinsloch and the Tschingelhörner peaks, with the Glarus Thrust, you can trace the origins of plate tectonics. Finally, the Tschinglenbahn cable car takes you back to Elm.
